The Pisen product warranty management system in Vietnam does not manage by QR Code.
The warranty period for Pisen products in Vietnam is longer than Pisen's standard in China.
Pisen products in Vietnam come with an insurance service package worth 2 million USD (~46 billion VND).
All genuine Pisen products are warranted for replacement.
Domestic, smuggled or non-Patech products will not be eligible for warranty services in Vietnam.

Insurance value: Up to 2 million USD for each case of injury or property damage due to product defects such as backup batteries, camera batteries, charging cables, etc.
Applicable products: Genuine Pisen products (internationally exported).
Applicable subjects: Organizations cooperating with Pisen products.
Pisen employees and Pisen agents.
Customers and consumers using genuine products.
Insurance process: Take photos of the current status of damaged property and the product causing the incident.
If serious, contact the local police to make a record.
Send information to the insurance agency for investigation and handling.
Insurance scope: Applicable in most countries in the world, except Iran, Sudan and Syria.
Insurance liability: Compensation for bodily injury and property damage according to the policy, up to 2 million USD/incident.
Insured products include backup batteries, charging cables, phone chargers, sockets, etc.
Not applicable: Products used for bicycles, cars, airplanes, ships, offshore equipment, military equipment, or life-sustaining equipment.
